For most photographers this page would be used to explain their lifelong passion for photography and how from a young age they were drawn to the art of light. Well, sadly for me, it took a little longer to realise my passion (now compulsive) for photography. I went from the very parent friendly architectural drafting path, studying and working in the field, to the not so parent friendly zoo keeping/animal activist path. Zoo keeping, believe it or not, opened my eyes to the wonderful world of photography….a path I never even considered but a path that made so much sense when I finally did.
Once that switch was flicked there was no turning back. I studied photography and then traveled around the world for over 3 years photographing every nook and cranny along the way.
Ten years ago, I started a successful company specialising in real estate marketing services in Brisbane, which grew to a team of seven. I sold Wide Angles in 2018 and moved to my childhood neighbourhood, the Sunshine Coast, to offer a more boutique service that focuses on architectural and high-end real estate photography. Check out Real Exposure for more information.
My passion however is landscape and macro photography and aim to develop this skill further in the future. Stay tuned and please contact me for any queries.
